We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. For surfboards, consider your weight and skill level; for wetsuits, a snug fit is essential to keep water out. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our gear experts for a personalized recommendation.
What are your shipping rates for oversized items like surfboards?
Standard gear ships at a flat rate, but surfboards and paddleboards require specialized freight handling. Shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and board dimensions to ensure safe arrival.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been waxed or wetsuits that have been used in the water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Tiki Surf ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my wetsuit to make it last longer?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every session, hang it to dry in the shade (never direct sunlight), and avoid using a thin wire hanger which can damage the shoulders. Use a specialized wetsuit shampoo occasionally to remove salt and bacteria.
