Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fins, leashes, or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
